Preferred Qualifications - Experience sourcing for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles (e.g., nursing, allied health, administrative). - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms. - Background in high-volume or agency-style recruiting. - Understanding of healthcare licensing and credentialing requirements.
