American Health Associates is seeking a dynamic and passionate Healthcare Recruiter to help attract and hire exceptional talent across our growing organization. This is more than a recruiting role—it's an opportunity to serve as a strategic partner in building teams that support quality patient care and operational excellence. AHA’s Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Success in this role requires: - Exceptional communication skills - Creativity in recruiting - Strong relationship-building abilities - Commitment to delivering outstanding candidate experience Qualifications - Passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition - A strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills - Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities - Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented - Comfortable building relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency - Comfortable using MS Office Suite, CRM/ATS systems, and multiple digital platforms Requirements - Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare - Data driven decision making skills required - Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and compliance requirements - Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and applicant tracking systems - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools - Experience recruiting for laboratory, phlebotomy, or other healthcare positions preferred - SHRM, PHR, or other HR/recruiting certifications preferred Benefits - A supportive and collaborative work environment - Leadership that values new ideas and initiative - Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement - A mission-driven organization where your work truly matters - Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits - A culture that celebrates teamwork, integrity, and success Work Environment This position may be remote, hybrid, or office-based depending on organizational needs.
