Role Description As a Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping clients transform their business processes through the ServiceNow platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through solution design, configuration, and implementation to maximize the value of their investment. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM, or CSM. - Certifications: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. - Additional certifications (CIS in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.) preferred. Requirements - Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. - Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to define requirements and align with best practices. - Partner with sales teams to provide technical expertise during demos and RFP responses. - Create solution proposals and articulate value propositions to prospective clients. - Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow standards and client governance frameworks. - Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends. - Recommend enhancements and optimizations for existing client environments. Role Description LightFeather is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on supporting federal clients with modern web technologies. This position offers the opportunity to build custom, high-code solutions that enhance user experiences and system integration across enterprise environments.
