Role Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our strategic relationship with Apple. This role requires a mix of client relationship management, sales growth, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Apple, ensuring alignment with their business priorities and driving revenue growth through effective account management. - Own the Apple client relationship: Act as the trusted partner for Apple, managing day-to-day communication and strategic alignment. - Develop and execute account plans: Build and implement a comprehensive sales/account strategy tailored to Apple's business objectives. - Revenue Growth: Drive new opportunities, upselling and cross-selling solutions/services, and ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets. - Pipeline Management: Track opportunities through CRM, provide accurate forecasting, and ensure timely closure of deals. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure Apple receives best-in-class service and solutions. - Market & Competitive Insights: Stay updated on Apple's ecosystem, competitors, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. - Client Success: Ensure customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and drive long-term partnership value. Qualifications - Minimum 10+ Years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably managing large/strategic global accounts. - Understanding of Apple's ecosystem is a must. - Revenue growth and quota attainment from Apple account. - Depth of relationship across Apple stakeholders (operational and executive levels). - Expansion into new Apple business units, geographies, or product lines. - Accurate forecasting and healthy pipeline management. - Customer satisfaction scores and retention. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas with Fortune 500 clients. - Experience in technology, IT services, or digital solutions sales is highly desirable. - Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build executive-level relationships. - Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
