• Analyze the technical environment and the client’s user experience and propose improvement suggestions • Monitor technological developments of the platforms • Maintain a focus on delivering the best client experience through technology • Handle Level III support tickets • Ensure SGA clients are using the most appropriate and effective technologies for their environments.

• Account Base Management and Expansion: Work across SGA’s client ecosystem, performing opportunity diagnostics and delivering high-value consultative proposals. • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with technical and executive decision-makers (C-Level), mapping new business opportunities. • Technical-Commercial Interface: Lead complex negotiations, translating technical requirements into solutions aligned with the client's business objectives and coordinating internal specialists when needed. • Brand Ambassador: Represent SGA in strategic forums, presenting infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions with authority. • Commercial Intelligence: Actively collaborate with the commercial consultancy to refine sales materials, monitor indicators (pipeline, forecast, average ticket), and foster a high-performance culture.

• Create and manage virtual machines (VMs), scale sets and images • Manage Azure networking: VNets, Subnets, NSGs • Configure and maintain: Azure Storage; Azure Backup and Site Recovery; Azure Monitor / Log Analytics / Alerts • Work on security and identity: - Azure AD (Entra ID) • Support applications on Azure: - App Services - IIS on VMs - Integrations with databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL) • Automate environments using: ARM / Bicep; Azure CLI / PowerShell • Support development and database teams • Ensure cost best practices (FinOps), high availability and governance

• Administer, implement, and optimize infrastructure environments, ensuring availability, performance, and security; • Support clients in the evolution of their technology environments; • Implement and manage Linux operating systems (SUSE, RHEL, Oracle Linux); • Manage server virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter and Microsoft Hyper‑V); • Implement, operate, and maintain storage systems (block/file/object) and SAN (zoning, LUNs, multipath); • Manage server and storage infrastructure capacity; • Automate tasks with Shell scripting and, preferably, Ansible and Terraform; • Plan, implement, and sustain infrastructure solutions (on‑prem and hybrid); • Create and maintain technical documentation (diagrams, procedures, runbooks); • Participate in resolution of critical incidents and conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis); • Perform performance routines and integrity checks; • Handle incident queues and service requests; • Implement improvements to server infrastructure; • Manage containers on OpenShift and AKS; • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams.

• Strategic Technical Leadership: You will guide the client technically toward the best solutions, ensuring each technology asset is used strategically to generate continuous value. • Driving Maturity: You will design and implement resilient, scalable, and secure architectures, bridging legacy and modern systems with full clarity and control. • Operational Efficiency and Governance: You will operate with a relentless focus on waste reduction and intelligent resource optimization, integrating FinOps and Observability principles into every solution design. • Enabling the Future: Prepare the ground for our clients to be AI-ready by establishing the foundations required for secure, efficient, and governable artificial intelligence.

• Design and implement robust, scalable architectures on Azure. • Manage and optimize compute, storage, and networking resources. • Implement security best practices (IAM, policies, firewalls) and monitor environments. • Ensure projects comply with industry best practices (Well-Architected Framework). • Work with automation and IaC (Infrastructure as Code) using tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Bicep. • Configure and manage container and serverless services (AKS and Azure Functions). • Participate in multicloud projects, integrating solutions across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to deliver efficient solutions. • Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous infrastructure improvement. • Develop and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) strategies to ensure high availability and resilience of workloads on Azure. • Plan failover and failback for production and non-production environments using services such as Azure Site Recovery. • Implement backup and data recovery solutions with Azure Backup, ensuring integrity and restoration of environments in case of failures. • Ensure resilience of AI models and services, such as Azure AI and Azure OpenAI, through data and resource replication across regions. • Use automation tools to test disaster recovery plans without impacting daily operations.
