Student Support Advisor
Stride, Inc.
• Increase student and Learning Coach engagement to drive academic growth • Provide consistent proactive support to students • Support students and Learning Coaches during the Onboarding experience • Serve as the primary contact between students, Learning Coaches, teachers, and administration • Pursue continuous education and training for efficacy with dynamic student needs
Job Requirements
- Two (2) years of college
- Two (2) years of experience in education
- Ability to pass required background check
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with the online learning experience
- Ability to learn new technology tools quickly
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
