• Serve as CCU’s primary compliance officer and subject matter expert for Section 504 and ADA accommodations across all three academic silos • Ensure uniformity and legal compliance across CUS, CAGS, and CCU Academy • Advise college-level accessibility coordinators embedded in each silo • Collaborate with the Office of General Counsel when civil liability may be at issue • Establish, implement, and monitor disability-related policies and procedures • Develop and maintain disability policies, procedures, and programs as they relate to students with disabilities • Evaluate and monitor disability compliance with ADA/ADAAA/Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act • Remain up to date on all pending disability legislation, regulatory changes, and shifting legal mandates • Arrange and provide for accommodations including low vision/blind/LD materials, assistive technology, and deaf/hard-of-hearing services • Maintain student accommodation records and provide equal access

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Faculty Development, contributing to departmental vision, priorities, and the advancement of faculty development systems and initiatives. • Manage and direct the Faculty Mentoring Program, ensuring effective onboarding, development, and support of new and existing faculty. • Coordinate and execute New Faculty Orientation, ensuring faculty readiness for teaching in an online adult learning environment. • Oversee faculty performance monitoring systems, including the review and analysis of coaching observations, engagement metrics, and instructional quality indicators. • Develop and deliver faculty performance reports, providing data-informed insights, identifying trends, and supporting academic leadership in decision-making. • Oversee and coordinate the Faculty Course Review process, including evaluation, feedback, and follow-up support to ensure continuous instructional improvement. • Plan, develop, and deliver faculty development training, ensuring alignment with best practices in online pedagogy, andragogy, student engagement, and assessment. • Lead the development and continuous improvement of faculty development resources, including the integration and strategic utilization of external professional development partnerships (e.g., Online Learning Consortium), ensuring resources are accessible, aligned with best practices, and effectively adopted by faculty. • Collaborate with academic leadership, providing regular reports, insights, and recommendations related to faculty performance, development outcomes, and program effectiveness. • Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance faculty development, instructional practices, and operational efficiency. • Contribute to the development of a high-functioning, professional faculty development department, grounded in innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in teaching and learning. • Represent Faculty Development in meetings and complete additional duties as assigned.

• Must follow all course policies and meet expectations according to established faculty guidelines, including timely grading of assignments, tests, papers, and final grade submission. • Communicate with students in a timely manner. • This includes: Contacting students using the Brightspace e-mail system before class starts to welcome them. • Using the Brightspace notification system to communicate with students and check it regularly to assist and support students. • Participating in the course and in threaded discussions as appropriate. • Returning assignments in a timely manner with meaningful and helpful critiques. • Using the Brightspace Grade Center for all assignments and returning all graded assignments to maintain a permanent record of student work. • Commitment to the integration of Christian faith and learning. • Class preparation and continual course maintenance required. • Course maintenance includes updating assignment due dates in the calendar function in Brightspace and providing a phone number and e-mail address to students. • Faculty have access to their Brightspace course one month before their course is scheduled to begin and are expected to take the time necessary to familiarize themselves with the course objectives, content, text, assignments and delivery format. • Technology training is not provided, so faculty must be willing to watch videos provided by the university to learn how to use the learning management system. • Provide supplemental material that will enhance the class according to the experience and expertise of the faculty. • Adhere to the course and course objectives for basic content. • Participate in the faculty orientation program, bi-annual faculty meetings and other training & forums as required. • Communicate promptly with the Program Director, Dean, Director of Faculty Development, or other designated CAGS staff, if you face any difficulties. • Report errors, deficiencies, misrepresentations and make suggestions for improvement in course content to the Program Director, Dean, or Director of Curriculum.

• Contribute to CCU’s mission: Christ-centered higher education transforming students to impact the world with grace and truth. • In this role, the Enrollment Counselor shares the vision of how a degree or program through CCU will transform prospective students as they obtain their education with a Christian worldview that emphasizes how personal values and ethics can impact education, life, and work. • Working in a call center environment, apply proven marketing and inside sales techniques to attract students to Christian online higher education. • Articulate to potential students how CCU fits into their educational goals. • Treat prospective students as customers and answer questions related to their educational wants or needs at Colorado Christian University. • Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment goals. • Make calls or receive calls from students or family members inquiring about educational programs. • Must be able to persuade and convince our customers why CCU is a good fit and how faith can integrate with their daily lives and educational/career choices. • Regularly measure and report student recruiting activities (including inbound and outbound calls/e-mails/task management within CRM) to leadership on a daily and weekly basis. • Work effectively and positively with other CAGS staff and faculty to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the University community. • Harmony within the Global Online Enrollment team is critical to meeting overall department goals and working within a biblical framework. • Monitor actual enrollments daily, in relation to individual goals and as established by leadership, and will execute proven techniques to accomplish enrollment goals. • Function as a member of a university-wide team, focused on enrolling, retaining, and serving online adult and graduate students. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Execute quality design work for University offices and departments under the direction of senior creative leadership. • Design brochures, flyers, postcards, posters, event collateral, signage, and other print materials in alignment with University brand standards. • Support creation of supporting digital assets (social graphics, simple display graphics, presentation layouts) as assigned. • Maintain strict adherence to institutional brand guidelines, typography standards, color systems, and visual identity frameworks. • Prepare production-ready files for print, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, bleeds, color profiles, and file specifications. • Assist in the full print production process including vendor communication, file packaging, proof review, and quality assurance. • Obtain and compare print bids as directed; communicate findings clearly to project managers and leadership. • Review color proofs and final files for design and text accuracy prior to release. • Maintain organized file structures and proper archiving of completed projects. • Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards and strong internal customer service. • Other duties as assigned.

• support the building and maintaining of data pipelines, transformations, staging processes, and star-schema data models. • support ELT/ETL processes in Snowflake, SQL Server, and related tools to ensure timely and accurate data availability. • monitor data workflows and assist with troubleshooting and resolving pipeline or data issues. • assist with automating data ingestion from institutional systems including ERP, CRM, LMS, and other sources. • develop and maintain data tables, views, and transformations that support analytics and reporting needs. • assist in building and maintaining data marts and reusable datasets following established modeling standards. • identify and help resolve data integrity issues across integrated systems (ERP, CRM, and LMS platforms). • perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. • maintain documentation for data pipelines, transformations, and processes as directed. • collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to support data needs across the University. • participate in cross-functional projects requiring data integration or data preparation. • learn and apply best practices related to SQL development, data modeling, and data warehouse operations. • contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Data & Analytics team.

• Provide administrative support to the PhD Counselor Education and Supervision (CES) program • Coordinate routine correspondence and communications, including preparation of reports and related documents • Support CES program operations by tracking admissions, monitoring student progress, and managing dissertation-related documentation • Participate in staff meetings and other meetings as assigned • Support program faculty with committee meetings by preparing agendas, slides, summaries, and other materials • Maintain organized digital filing systems for doctoral program documents • Assist students and faculty in the use of program-related technology tools • Perform specialized duties and additional projects as assigned
