Vascular Product Marketing Manager – Italy, Switzerland

• Develop and execute local marketing strategies and product launches in alignment with EMEA Marketing and Local Sales Management. • Manage the product lifecycle across assigned markets. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. • Support revenue, pricing and commercial strategies in collaboration with Sales. • Create and localize marketing and sales materials for the local market. • Plan and deliver customer events, product trainings and educational programs. • Organize and support participation in congresses, symposia and other scientific meetings. • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and scientific societies. • Partner closely with Sales by providing commercial tools, training and field support. • Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand, regulatory and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
  • Experience in the endovascular field with a strong understanding of the market, key stakeholders and customer landscape.
  • Background in marketing, product management, sales or clinical roles.
  • Experience with product launches, market analysis and competitive research.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, adaptable and well-organized working style with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%.
