Provided $55M in funding to date, to support 27 partners across Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. Helped partners to strengthen foundational learning outcomes for over 3 million children. Hired 35+ mission-driven team members. Executed dozens of in-field projects to help support key functions for our implementing partners.

Prevail Fund

Role Description Prevail Fund is building a recruitment operation that serves both our team and our partners in Sub Saharan Africa and South East Asia. We're currently a 35-person team planning to roughly double in size over the next two years, and we also help our partners to build the teams they need to achieve impact at scale. We're looking for a networking recruiter, not a volume or transactional recruiter. Someone who is a natural connector, has a successful track record of building relationships over time, and knows how to attract exceptional talent. If you're excited to use your networking skills to help connect amazing people to some of the most exciting opportunities in the impact sector, we'd love to hear from you. Note - we're open to hiring at either TA partner or Senior TA partner level depending on experience. This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based within four hours of CET (any location between US East Coast and East Africa) and legally eligible to work in their country. Preferred start date: ASAP.
