Role Description We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (PHP/Symfony) to join the core product team and take ownership of building secure, scalable features used daily by healthcare professionals. This is a high-impact engineering role where you'll drive technical decisions, mentor developers, and own projects from architecture through production deployment while working in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
