Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep, hands-on proficiency in Golang and React
- Strong, empathetic understanding of front-end engineering and user experience patterns
- Maturity in understanding of microservices, distributed systems, data modeling, and A/B testing paradigms
- Natural self-starter capable of navigating complex codebases
- Comfortable facilitating technical and non-technical alignment meetings

The Reliability team owns the availability, performance, and operational excellence of Runpod’s global platform. As a Site Reliability Engineer on the Reliability team, you will focus on ensuring the stability and resilience of Runpod’s distributed platform. You’ll work on reliability frameworks, SLO design, automation, and production hardening, reducing errors and improving performance across different services and infrastructure.
