Job Summary The Sr. Partner Sales Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies to market and sell Comcast Business services through indirect distribution channels within the Trusted Advisor program. The Sr. Partner Sales Manager an individual contributor, quota carrying position with no direct supervisory responsibilities. The role is virtually based in Illinois and requires approximately 50% travel to partner sites across the Midwest (with the majority of the partners located in Illinois). Job Description Core Responsibilities - Drive incremental monthly sales to achieve or surpass revenue objectives across a portfolio of 1000+ partners, including master agent sub-agents and direct partners. - Recruit, educate, train, and support channel partners to promote the full suite of Comcast Business products and services. - Oversee end-to-end enablement of product installations by collaborating with regional teams on surveys, order acceptance, construction workflows, and post-sale activities. - Serve as the primary liaison for channel partners, addressing sales-related inquiries and supporting issue resolution. - Expand the partner ecosystem by sourcing and onboarding new direct partners and master agent sub-partners. - Provide accurate weekly forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting within internal CRM systems. - Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant business matters. - 50% annual travel via car and air to support partner engagements in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan (with the majority of partners based in Illinois). - Maintain consistent, punctual attendance and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as required. - Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
