• Image Creatives für Meta und TikTok konzipieren und designen, kreativ und plattformgerecht • Storyboards für animierte Ad Creatives ausarbeiten, als Grundlage für Motion Design und Video Editing • Carousel Posts konzipieren und gestalten • Komplett in Figma arbeiten, von der ersten Idee bis zum finalen Creative • Mit AI Tools arbeiten: Stockmaterial und Visuals mit Claude, Higgsfield und Co generieren und in deine Designs integrieren • Deinen Workflow in der Kombination aus Claude und Figma ständig weiterentwickeln • Design Varianten für unser Testing Framework erstellen (verschiedene Hooks, Angles, Design Stile) • Feedback aus Creative Performance Daten in neue Iterationen übersetzen
Job Requirements
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung als Grafikdesigner, idealerweise im Performance Marketing oder Agenturumfeld
- Starkes Portfolio mit Ad Creatives (PFLICHT und K.O. Kriterium: Bewerbungen ohne Beispiele von Ad Creatives im Portfolio können wir nicht berücksichtigen)
- Sehr gute Figma Skills, du arbeitest bei uns ausschließlich in Figma
- AI Skills: Du bist mit Claude, Higgsfield und ähnlichen Tools vertraut und weißt, wie man damit z.B. Stockmaterial generiert (die Kombination aus Claude und Figma ist bei uns Voraussetzung)
- Extrem gutes Gespür für Design, Typografie, Bildaufbau und visuelle Hierarchie
- Verständnis dafür, wie Social Ads aufgebaut sind und was auf Meta und TikTok funktioniert
- Du beschäftigst dich auch privat mit Social Ads, Trends und Design Entwicklungen
- Sprache: Deutsch mind. C1, Englisch mind. B2
