Job Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience writing for social-first video content
- Strong experience creating UGC scripts is required
- Deep understanding of TikTok/Reels-style pacing, hooks, retention, and creator-led storytelling
- Ability to write direct-response focused copy that feels native and authentic
- Portfolio or examples of relevant UGC / organic social work required
- Paid social experience is a plus, but not essential.
