• You ensure that clients not only start the program but genuinely complete it, achieve results, and remain with us long-term. • You conduct regular one-on-one calls, group coaching sessions, and follow-ups. • You make sure that at least 50% of all clients purchase an additional product from us and proactively schedule handoffs with our sales team to make this happen. • You care for clients in a way that they not only finish their current program but want to stay part of our community for the long term.

• Lead qualification & appointment booking • Qualify incoming leads quickly, in a structured way and secure commitment • Book appointments with genuine commitment • Actively manage show rate: confirmations, preparation, pre-qualification • Maintain and document leads accurately in the CRM (Salesforce) • Communication & building commitment • First contact via phone (Aircall) or WhatsApp • Evoke genuine interest, address objections early, build commitment • Ensure a clean and complete handover process to the closer • Keep your KPIs in view: show rate, appointments, and cash collected • Actively work on your own development – accept and implement call feedback • Be part of a high-performance culture that takes results seriously • Perform thorough follow-up.
