• Design and iterate on the Paintgun platform used to share creative assets with customers and collect feedback. • Create intuitive user flows for launching ad creatives into ad channels and managing approvals. • Translate performance data into clear, understandable interfaces that show what creatives are performing and why. • Collaborate closely with product, creative, and engineering teams to improve usability and clarity.
• Develop and oversee creative concepts for video campaigns, from ideation to final cut. • Storyboard and direct short-form videos that resonate with social audiences. • Collaborate with creators, editors, and internal teams to ensure content feels authentic and on-brand. • Lead visual storytelling across channels with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, and audience engagement. • Continuously test and iterate video formats based on performance and platform trends.
• Use Paintgun's Ads DNA framework to create data-driven concepts that boost ad performance across platforms. • Research competitors, social comments, cultural trends, and audience insights to develop standout ad concepts. • Work with creators, copywriters, designers, and motion developers to turn ideas into powerful visual and copy hooks. • Run structured creative sprints, analyze performance data, and refine strategies based on winning elements. • Build a rulebook of proven concepts for consistent optimization. • Align with media buyers, data analysts, and creative teams to ensure strategies meet performance marketing goals. • Foster a feedback-driven culture to improve creatives using Ads DNA insights. • Track social media trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising techniques to keep concepts relevant and high-performing.
