Qualifications - Native or fluent Portuguese language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role. - Valid EU passport or EU citizenship (mandatory requirement). - A genuine interest in consumer electronics, technology, and innovative products — prior experience with or knowledge of the Dyson brand is a distinct advantage. - Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field within the consumer electronics or technology industry is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage customers with professionalism and empathy. - Strong computer literacy, including experience with CRM platforms and digital communication tools. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while meeting performance targets.
