Customer Service Supervisor

SIXT

• Point of contact for up to 25 employees • Responding to all customer service-related inquiries • Supporting process optimization and employee onboarding • Responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations • Use of monitoring and reporting tools

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales or service
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
