Title: VP of Product Design Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Description: Parachute is seeking a visionary and highly collaborative Vice President of Product Design to lead our product design and product development team. This is a rare opportunity to shape the next chapter of an iconic home brand through innovative product concepts, elevated storytelling, and thoughtful execution across bedding, bath, décor, loungewear, and adjacent lifestyle categories. The VP of Product Design will partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Growth, Sourcing, Brand & Creative, and Executive Leadership to bring inspiring, commercially viable ideas to life. Reporting into our CEO, this is a leadership role for someone who combines strong creative instincts with systems thinking, storytelling, and an exceptional understanding of lifestyle design. Location: Culver City, CA in office Monday-Thursday with work from home on Fridays. What You’ll Do - Lead Parachute’s design vision across product categories, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand expression - Connect design decisions directly to company strategy and merchandising priorities, ensuring every product concept supports both brand vision and commercial objectives - Drive future-facing concept development from ideation through execution, building both seasonal and long-range innovation pipelines - Translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and market opportunities into compelling product concepts and experiences - Lead innovation across materials, color, fabrication, form, and storytelling while maintaining alignment with brand strategy and business goals - Oversee product development with deep expertise in textiles, fabrication, wash treatments, finishing techniques, and cut-and-sew construction - Mentor and inspire a focused design team while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and design excellence - Establish clear creative processes that balance innovation with executional rigor - Present strategic concepts, product direction, and innovation opportunities to executive leadership - Partner closely with Sourcing team to ensure creative concepts are operationally executable and meet quality standards - Collaborate with Merchandising, Growth, Brand & Creative teams to bring concepts to life across campaigns, environments, and customer touchpoints Who You Are - 10+ years of experience in design leadership, concept design, or innovation roles within premium lifestyle, home, fashion, or consumer brands - A strategic and conceptual thinker with a strong creative point of view and refined aesthetic sensibility - Deep expertise in textiles, materials, fabrication, manufacturing, and product lifecycle development, preferably within home textiles - Experienced working with mills, factories, and global manufacturing partners - Skilled at balancing creative ambition with operational and commercial realities - A collaborative and influential leader who thrives in cross-functional environments - Passionate about craftsmanship, storytelling, and building meaningful consumer experiences - Proven ability to lead and scale a design team while mentoring exceptional and emerging talent - Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills - A tastemaker with a deep understanding of premium lifestyle brands, consumer behavior, and cultural trends - You Own the Outcome and show up with rigor, accountability and a bias for action. - You Spring Forward and embrace everything with energy, adaptability, positivity and maturity. - You Build the Best and are committed to growth, dreaming big, and sharing and receiving feedback in the spirit of always improving. Compensation The base salary range for this position will be $220,000-$250,000. Compensation may vary based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and location. Parachute defines compensation plans using market data aligned with comparable companies at a similar stage and size as ours. This role may be eligible for short-term incentive and equity plan participation. Role Description The Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Strategy leads STACK’s enterprise infrastructure readiness strategy, ensuring reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable energy and infrastructure solutions across the Americas portfolio. This executive role is responsible for shaping the company’s approach to energy and water procurement, long lead utility equipment and onsite generation, utility partnerships, grid modernization, and new technology integration—key enablers of STACK’s long-term growth. The role would also lead strategic partnerships to create long term optionality for such resources, as well as network integration and efficiency opportunities. This position will provide strategic oversight of commodity sourcing for water and energy, delivery infrastructure, and utility negotiations, driving innovation while balancing cost, resiliency, and sustainability. The Senior VP, Site Readiness Strategy will represent STACK with regulators, policy leaders, and energy providers, while collaborating internally with Development, Operations, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Sustainability teams to align utility strategy with broader business priorities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Define and lead STACK’s enterprise utility strategy for water, power, transmission and equipment, ensuring reliable, sustainable, and scalable power delivery for hyperscale and enterprise clients. - Build and manage strategic relationships with utilities, regulators, transmission operators, suppliers, energy developers, customers and policy influencers. - Oversee commodity procurement strategies, including hedging, contracting, and renewable energy sourcing to optimize cost and resiliency. - Lead team efforts to negotiate utility service agreements, interconnection arrangements, and development agreements that align with corporate financial and operational objectives. - Partner with Development and Site Strategy teams and investors to evaluate new markets and sites based on long-term energy availability, pricing, and infrastructure and marketability. - Provide regular reporting and recommendations to the C-Suite and Board of Directors, covering energy costs, risks, opportunities, and long-term planning. - Develop and lead a high-performing team of utility, energy, and infrastructure professionals across multiple geographies. - Represent STACK externally as an industry thought leader on energy, infrastructure, and resiliency. Qualifications - 15+ years of executive leadership experience in utilities, power infrastructure, or energy strategy for mission-critical industries. - Deep expertise in energy and data centers, with a track record of delivering measurable cost, reliability, and sustainability improvements. - Proven success negotiating complex utility contracts, interconnection agreements, and large-scale energy transactions. - Demonstrated ability to influence regulators, utilities, and policymakers to secure favorable outcomes. - Strong financial acumen, with prior responsibility for utility budgets, capital projects, and Board-level reporting. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage senior leaders, technical experts, government officials, and capital partners. - Track record of leading cross-functional teams and scaling organizations in high-growth environments.
