Role Description The Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Strategy leads STACK’s enterprise infrastructure readiness strategy, ensuring reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable energy and infrastructure solutions across the Americas portfolio. This executive role is responsible for shaping the company’s approach to energy and water procurement, long lead utility equipment and onsite generation, utility partnerships, grid modernization, and new technology integration—key enablers of STACK’s long-term growth. The role would also lead strategic partnerships to create long term optionality for such resources, as well as network integration and efficiency opportunities. This position will provide strategic oversight of commodity sourcing for water and energy, delivery infrastructure, and utility negotiations, driving innovation while balancing cost, resiliency, and sustainability. The Senior VP, Site Readiness Strategy will represent STACK with regulators, policy leaders, and energy providers, while collaborating internally with Development, Operations, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Sustainability teams to align utility strategy with broader business priorities. Role Description The Vice President of Mechanical Engineering is a strategic leader responsible for the full lifecycle of the company’s mechanical infrastructure. Role Description At STACK, the Vice President, Commissioning & Integration provides executive leadership in validating that STACK’s data centers function with excellence, deliver superior quality, and optimize Client experience. Role Description At STACK, the Director, Electrical OFCI Engineering & Technical Delivery will lead the technical strategy, procurement support, integration, and execution of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) electrical infrastructure across STACK’s rapidly expanding hyperscale and colocation data center portfolio. As the Director of Cost Strategies at STACK Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in the Preconstruction department, working closely with the Director of Preconstruction. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to delivering cost-effective, high-quality digital infrastructure solutions. - Cost Fidelity: - Develop a historical cost database and reporting dashboards for key KPIs. - Coordinate with all functional groups for the implementation of a Global Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). - Develop and implement cost fidelity strategies in preconstruction, setting up all projects to track and control project costs effectively. - Regularly review budgets at the portfolio level and provide detailed cost reports to project stakeholders. - Cost Reduction: - Lead initiatives to identify and implement cost-saving measures across all phases of the project lifecycle. - Coordinate cross-functional teams with expertise in the various categories of the STACK BOD to develop ideas for cost savings. - Lead R&D efforts for a cost- and schedule-first approach to product development. - Manage a group of stakeholders to drive decision making on cost savings ideas. - Analyze cost data and trends to develop innovative strategies for cost reduction while maintaining high-quality standards. - Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of cost reduction efforts, adjusting strategies as needed. - Cost Certainty: - Develop and implement cost certainty strategies to mitigate risks related to budget overruns and unforeseen expenses. - Establish and maintain contingency plans to address potential cost uncertainties. - Work closely with general contractors (GCs) to develop and implement strategies for locking in costs earlier in the development process with less information. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in construction, business or technical discipline OR commensurate work experience. - 10+ years of prior experience in Preconstruction. - Proven experience in cost management, preconstruction, or a related role within the construction or infrastructure industry. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Role Description STACK Infrastructure is one of the fastest growing hyperscale data center platforms in North America, and the Special Projects team sits at the center of our most complex and strategically critical work. As Director, Special Projects, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-stakes tenant improvement and modernization programs, including: - Standalone data hall fitouts - Integrated fitout projects executed alongside live base-build construction - Retrofitting existing facilities to support tenant changes and equipment modernization This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role. You will be the single point of accountability for project delivery, owning: - Client relationships - Financial performance - Contractor management - Schedule outcomes across a dynamic portfolio You will work alongside STACK's construction, operations, finance, and solutions engineering teams, and your success will directly shape the experience of some of the world's largest technology and enterprise clients.
