Role Description We are looking for a remote Triage Nurse to join our Endoscopy team on a full time basis (37.5 hour contract, no weekends, shift pattern open for negotiation, very flexible). As a Triage Nurse with InHealth, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all patients treated in InHealth Endoscopy undergo the most appropriate procedure based on their symptoms and are clinically suitable to be treated in a community endoscopy service. What you will do: - Providing a holistic review of the gastroenterology/endoscopy referrals received by InHealth ensuring referrals are appropriate and clinically complete. - Ensuring that patients are listed for the most appropriate investigation depending on the reason for referral and presenting symptoms and in line with agreed protocols and National Guidance. - Carry out telephone assessments using advanced communications skills, if required, where there is uncertainty over patient’s suitability to be treated in the service, ensuring accurate records are kept. - Refer to or seek advice from medical or nursing colleagues as and when necessary. - Rejecting inappropriate referrals back to the referrer with concise information including reasons for rejection and alternative, appropriate referral route where required (secondary care, 2WW/HSC pathway etc). Role Description Cecelia Health is a virtual specialty medical practice dedicated to improving cardiometabolic health outcomes across populations. We connect patients living with one or more chronic conditions to an expert clinician who helps them navigate day-to-day health management. What will you do? - Conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education via phone, video, chat, text, and email. - Provide medication management and support for comorbidities related to obesity under the supervision of assigned physicians. - Engage in remote patient monitoring for various devices (e.g., scale, BG meter, BP monitor, ketone meter). - Support patients with dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications within established protocols. - Collaborate with team physicians and external providers to ensure comprehensive care. - Quickly establish rapport and therapeutic alliances with a diverse patient population. - Utilize motivational interviewing and other techniques to support behavior change. - Consistently meet program metrics while maintaining high-quality care standards. - Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner. Qualifications - Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. - If required, you must hold state licensure. - Willingness and ability to add state licenses as needed to support member coverage. - Able to incorporate constructive feedback to improve patient interactions. - Must have a HIPAA friendly workspace with high-speed internet for secure patient conversations. - Comfortable with advanced technology, including electronic medical records and various digital tools. - Demonstrated ability to adapt communication techniques to meet the needs of a diverse patient population. - Flexible schedule with a commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week. - Cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere. - Must live in the United States. • Maintain beach areas, including chairs, lounges, halaus, and cabanas, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup throughout the day. • Provide excellent guest service by greeting visitors, offering amenities, and assisting with beach equipment rentals and activities. • Ensure safety and security in beach areas by monitoring conditions, posting safety signs, and responding to emergencies as needed. • Participate in and lead beach activities for guests of all ages. • Maintain cleanliness of beach stations, glassware, and surrounding areas. • Assist with food and beverage service from the food truck as needed. • Perform regular maintenance checks on beach equipment and report any issues promptly. • Stay informed about hotel amenities, local attractions, and current events to provide guests with relevant information. • Adhere to opening and closing procedures for the beach area. • Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
