• Creating and updating daily run summary in order to achieve delivery and collection deadlines. • Liaising with the shunting operation covering preloading and unloading operation. • Ensuring that service levels are achieved and maintained, in conjunction with other departments. • Using the Driver rota, planning runs according to shift pattern and available hours, taking into account holidays and sickness. • Ensuring legal compliance regarding any defects, services, MOT’s, etc. • Maintaining clear and effective communication with drivers; communicating accurate start times, load information, directions, additional shifts, etc. • Ensuring adherence to all statutory and legal requirements, as well as all health and safety/safe systems of work policies. • Assisting with disciplinary hearings, return to work meetings, substance misuse procedures, etc in order to maintain standards and ensure that employees work at an appropriate level.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals throughout their assignments. • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor questions, concerns, and support needs. • Conduct proactive check-in calls to ensure a positive contractor experience. • Coordinate onboarding activities and assist with assignment transitions. • Extend offers and guide contractors through pre-start processes. • Collaborate with Account Management, Recruiting, Credentialing, Payroll, and other internal partners to resolve issues quickly. • Accurately document contractor interactions and follow-up activities within the ATS/CRM. • Identify opportunities to improve contractor satisfaction and retention. • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in every interaction. • Meet established productivity, quality, and customer experience expectations.
