Beach Club Attendant
Auberge Collection
• Maintain beach areas, including chairs, lounges, halaus, and cabanas, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup throughout the day. • Provide excellent guest service by greeting visitors, offering amenities, and assisting with beach equipment rentals and activities. • Ensure safety and security in beach areas by monitoring conditions, posting safety signs, and responding to emergencies as needed. • Participate in and lead beach activities for guests of all ages. • Maintain cleanliness of beach stations, glassware, and surrounding areas. • Assist with food and beverage service from the food truck as needed. • Perform regular maintenance checks on beach equipment and report any issues promptly. • Stay informed about hotel amenities, local attractions, and current events to provide guests with relevant information. • Adhere to opening and closing procedures for the beach area. • Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Job Requirements
- High school degree preferred.
- Prefer previous Pool & Beach and safety experience.
- American Red Cross certification in First Aid, AED, and CPR preferred (or equivalent).
- American Red Cross Lifeguard certification recommended (or equivalent).

• Creating and updating daily run summary in order to achieve delivery and collection deadlines. • Liaising with the shunting operation covering preloading and unloading operation. • Ensuring that service levels are achieved and maintained, in conjunction with other departments. • Using the Driver rota, planning runs according to shift pattern and available hours, taking into account holidays and sickness. • Ensuring legal compliance regarding any defects, services, MOT’s, etc. • Maintaining clear and effective communication with drivers; communicating accurate start times, load information, directions, additional shifts, etc. • Ensuring adherence to all statutory and legal requirements, as well as all health and safety/safe systems of work policies. • Assisting with disciplinary hearings, return to work meetings, substance misuse procedures, etc in order to maintain standards and ensure that employees work at an appropriate level.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals throughout their assignments. • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor questions, concerns, and support needs. • Conduct proactive check-in calls to ensure a positive contractor experience. • Coordinate onboarding activities and assist with assignment transitions. • Extend offers and guide contractors through pre-start processes. • Collaborate with Account Management, Recruiting, Credentialing, Payroll, and other internal partners to resolve issues quickly. • Accurately document contractor interactions and follow-up activities within the ATS/CRM. • Identify opportunities to improve contractor satisfaction and retention. • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in every interaction. • Meet established productivity, quality, and customer experience expectations.
• Provide a best-in-class customer service experience (White Glove Service) to new on-boarding customers • Handle high call volume, covering a full range of customer inquiries concerning new installation of services, scheduling follow-up, explaining their first monthly bill, etc. • Serve as primary support liaison between the Company and new customers • Assist customers with setting up new service and scheduling appointments • Provide technical telephone, IPTV, and Internet support to customers and answer complex questions on function and usage products • Use investigative skills to ascertain the nature of the caller’s concerns and develop an action plan to resolve issues • Promote and maintain high quality, professional service on every call with every customer • Other duties as required or assigned.
