Role Description Cecelia Health is a virtual specialty medical practice dedicated to improving cardiometabolic health outcomes across populations. We connect patients living with one or more chronic conditions to an expert clinician who helps them navigate day-to-day health management. What will you do? - Conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education via phone, video, chat, text, and email. - Provide medication management and support for comorbidities related to obesity under the supervision of assigned physicians. - Engage in remote patient monitoring for various devices (e.g., scale, BG meter, BP monitor, ketone meter). - Support patients with dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications within established protocols. - Collaborate with team physicians and external providers to ensure comprehensive care. - Quickly establish rapport and therapeutic alliances with a diverse patient population. - Utilize motivational interviewing and other techniques to support behavior change. - Consistently meet program metrics while maintaining high-quality care standards. - Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner. Qualifications - Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. - If required, you must hold state licensure. - Willingness and ability to add state licenses as needed to support member coverage. - Able to incorporate constructive feedback to improve patient interactions. - Must have a HIPAA friendly workspace with high-speed internet for secure patient conversations. - Comfortable with advanced technology, including electronic medical records and various digital tools. - Demonstrated ability to adapt communication techniques to meet the needs of a diverse patient population. - Flexible schedule with a commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week. - Cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere. - Must live in the United States. Requirements - Certification from the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE) as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is strongly preferred. - Availability on evenings and Saturdays. Benefits - Pay: $42-47 per hour based on years credentialed by the CDR as a Registered Dietitian. - All-inclusive pay structure: hourly compensation for all work performed - including charting and administrative time (i.e., not a flat fee per session). - Longevity recognition: Receive a $500 bonus after 6 months, followed by quarterly bonuses beginning at your 1-year anniversary. - Performance-based incentives: Earn additional pay for achieving and exceeding goals.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data architecture for the new platform • Architect scalable data platforms supporting daily operations, clinical management, reporting, and analytics • Leverage AI technology to design the system, develop the system, and maximize efficiency of operations • Design and maintain enterprise data models, including conceptual, logical, and physical data architectures • Define and implement data integration patterns across Microsoft Dynamics, EHR/EMR systems, claims systems, and third-party applications • Design and oversee ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, validate, and distribute data across enterprise systems • Establish data governance standards, metadata management practices, data quality frameworks, and master data management strategies • Collaborate with Engineering teams to design modern cloud-based data solutions leveraging Azure data services • Architect data lake, data warehouse, and data mart solutions to support reporting and advanced analytics needs • Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, HITRUST, privacy, security, commercial, and regulatory requirements • Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable data solutions • Other duties as assigned
