Associate Director, Commercial Analytics

• Define and implement the key metrics and KPIs to measure performance across sales, marketing, service, and support functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives. • Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of commercial data, providing insights into sales performance, revenue generation, bookings, forecasting, marketing effectiveness, and service/support processes. • Work closely with the Marketing team to provide data-driven insights that improve customer segmentation, targeting, and campaign performance. • Manage and leverage analytics platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, and others to build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations that are tailored to the needs of business stakeholders. • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models for revenue, sales pipeline, and bookings, ensuring timely and insightful reporting for senior leadership. • Continuously analyze commercial activities and performance data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve processes and drive better outcomes. • Analyze internal service and support processes, identifying areas for improvement that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Continuously refine data collection and analysis processes to improve accuracy, timeliness, and the actionable nature of insights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, or business intelligence within a life sciences or related industry.
- Experience in life sciences or a related field, with familiarity in commercial operations.
- Experience working with marketing teams and providing insights to support marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies.
- Experience with ERP, CRM systems, and customer engagement platforms (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
