Role Description The Project Manager – Pricing Strategy at FFE leads cross-functional pricing initiatives that optimize yield, margin and network profitability across products, customers, and channels for temperature-controlled LTL at FFE. This role serves as the execution engine behind pricing strategy, managing complex, data-driven projects related to contract pricing, tariff changes, accessorial, discounts and pricing governance. The position partners closely with Pricing, Sales, Operations, Finance and IT to ensure pricing initiatives are executed effectively and deliver measurable financial and operational impact. The ideal candidate combines strong project management and analytical skills with a working knowledge of LTL carrier pricing structures, accessorials, and market dynamics. Responsibilities and Duties - Translate pricing strategy into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables - Coordinate project execution across Pricing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT - Ensure pricing recommendations are supported by financial impact analysis and operational alignment - Coordinate pricing analysis efforts, including margin impact, price elasticity, competitive benchmarking, and scenario modeling - Identify opportunities to improve pricing execution, project discipline, and scalability Qualifications - Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline - Superior analytical, organizational, decision-making, and critical thinking skills are essential - Capable of identifying the story in data and effectively communicating complex information to management - Detail-focused with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Enthusiastic about tackling new projects and expanding skill sets - Highly motivated self-starter with ability to independently collaborate with different departments Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the STEM field of study, Operations Research, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or Logistics. - Expert in Microsoft Office Suite; Expert user in Microsoft Excel - 2-5 years of experience in LTL transportation costing, pricing, or freight analysis, or ability/willingness to learn LTL line of business - Strong technical skills with basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other programming languages Benefits - Competitive salary - Attractive benefits package including medical, dental, vision - 401(k) retirement plan - Life insurance plans - Vacation and sick time
