• Provide guidance on hardware, software, and service prices for the Restaurant POS segment. • Create pricing models that assist in achieving strategic goals, competitive differential, return on investment and long-term sustainability. • Develop relevant cross-functional relationships to understand products, competition, competitive market and the customer value chain. • Develop and maintain sales support materials to educate sales and account teams on current product pricing. • Recognize and adopt best practices in pricing creation, reporting, and analysis.

Position Description CallMiner’s legal team is seeking a Contracts Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing and collaborative environment to join its team. This individual will work within CallMiner’s legal team, which is responsible for the review, negotiation and management of a variety of agreements. This individual will work cross functionally, to facilitate the timely review, negotiation, and completion of agreements in accordance with the Company’s guidelines.   Responsibilities - Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex agreements including: SaaS subscription agreements, partner agreements, NDAs, MSAs, DPAs BAAs, vendor agreements, and consulting agreements, among others. - Identify terms that vary from corporate standards to ensure accuracy and compliance, recommend appropriate modifications, engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders in the sales, finance, operations teams, and other internal teams as may be required. - Quickly understand the business objectives of a transaction, identify contractual issues, communicate those issues both internally and externally, and perform a risk/benefit analysis. - Escalate contractual issues and terms within the legal team as may be required. - Guide the internal document review process, ensuring reviews are completed efficiently and effectively. - Partner with the business to support deal velocity while managing legal risk. - Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and processes to streamline review and negotiation cycles.

• Develop detailed cost and price models for government proposals, including labor, materials, subcontractors, and indirect rates. • Ensure compliance with FAR 15.403 and 15.408 requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data, including preparation and support of required certifications. • Ensures adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), and DT Pro policies and procedures with regard to cost proposal preparation, review, compliance, submission, and post-submission updates/revisions. • Ensure all pricing is compliant with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations. • Analyze historical cost data, labor rate structures, and indirect rate forecasts to inform pricing strategies. • Prepare pricing narratives, cost volumes, and supporting documentation for proposal submissions. • Support fact-finding, audits, and negotiations with government contracting officers and DCAA/DCMA. • Collaborate with contracts and legal teams to assess risk and ensure contractual compliance. • Maintain pricing templates, tools, and standard work instructions to improve efficiency and consistency. • Participate in proposal reviews to validate accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance. • Review Requests for Proposals (RFP) and proposal documents for compliance to customer specifications/requirements and adherence to company policy. • Support various business management and operations functions.
