People Specialist
Datacor, Inc.
• Coordinate and manage the full new-hire onboarding experience • Lead new hire orientations • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, answering questions and providing guidance on People programs, policies, and processes • Help bring our culture to life by supporting employee communications • Partner with the People Team to foster a positive, values-driven workplace culture • Support the administration of employee benefits programs • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions • Provide recruiting support by scheduling candidate interviews and conducting screens • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data • Assist with updating policies and maintaining HR documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR specialist role
- Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Benefits administration experience
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or progress toward certification)
- Experience supporting a growing or fast-paced organization
