Qualifications - 5+ years inside TIC, contract laboratory operations a wide range of hands-on experiences required. - Familiarity with TIC ERP/LIMS platforms. - ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ASTM D6299, and EPA Part 1090 familiarity. - Demonstrated knowledge of ASTM-aligned lab testing, instrument maintenance and calibration, and quality and compliance systems. - Hands-on experience with LIMS, ERP, or lab automation systems as power user, administrator, or implementation lead. - Broad exposure across multiple lab disciplines, methodologies, and testing verticals. - Strong communication and training skills comfortable with a bench analyst and a VP on the same site visit, and credible with both. - Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities. - Willingness to travel 25–50% to client sites across the US and globally. Role Description As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery and adoption of Datacor software solutions. You will work directly with customers and internal Delivery Managers to configure, test, train, troubleshoot, and support customers through implementation and go-live. This is a remote position that requires periodic travel to customer sites.
