Qualifications - 5+ years inside TIC, contract laboratory operations a wide range of hands-on experiences required. - Familiarity with TIC ERP/LIMS platforms. - ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ASTM D6299, and EPA Part 1090 familiarity. - Demonstrated knowledge of ASTM-aligned lab testing, instrument maintenance and calibration, and quality and compliance systems. - Hands-on experience with LIMS, ERP, or lab automation systems as power user, administrator, or implementation lead. - Broad exposure across multiple lab disciplines, methodologies, and testing verticals. - Strong communication and training skills comfortable with a bench analyst and a VP on the same site visit, and credible with both. - Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities. - Willingness to travel 25–50% to client sites across the US and globally. Role Description As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery and adoption of Datacor software solutions.
