Director, People Systems

AlphaSense

• Lead AlphaSense’s global People technology strategy and serve as the functional owner of Workday • Develop and execute the People technology roadmap and strategy • Optimize Workday and ensure seamless integrations with downstream systems • Evaluate, select, and implement new tools to support growth • Partner across the People team to design and execute people processes • Ensure systems establish a single source of truth by prioritizing data integrity • Audit workflows and increase efficiency • Lead HR systems integration during mergers and acquisitions • Develop systems and tools for robust reporting and data insights • Lead and grow a team

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR systems, People Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record working with Workday, Greenhouse, and Payroll systems
  • Experience defining and improving systems and scalable processes for a global workforce of 3,000+ employees
  • Ability to inspire, grow, develop, and coach a team
  • Detail-oriented with experience managing large, global, enterprise-wide system implementations
  • Understanding the importance of teamwork and collaboration
  • Experience with data-driven strategy
