• Lead, organize, and drive culture and engagement strategy for a growing and diverse virtual workforce • Improve and enhance the employee experience from sourcing through separation/retirement • Support new hire orientation, recognition, internal communications, and mentorship programs • Develop and steward culture-building initiatives that reinforce company values and the employee experience • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on building engaged, inclusive teams and embedding culture into operational practices • Lead the design, execution, and communication of engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms • Translate survey insights into enterprise-level action plans, tools, and resources to activate and encourage employee engagement year-round • Equip leaders—particularly leaders in our operational environments—with the tools, training, and accountability needed to foster high engagement within their teams • Drive execution of the company’s strategy, ensuring alignment to company-wide annual goals and quarterly objectives • Stay current on external trends and best practices in engagement and inclusion, bringing innovative approaches to the organization • Consistently demonstrate company values in daily work, acting as an example for peers • Organize and execute virtual team-building activities, lunch & learns, workshops, and culture-related virtual and in-person events • Act as a conduit between leadership and team members, providing feedback and ensuring company-wide alignment • Support People Department, recruiting, and company-wide marketing efforts • Support Business Operations and other assigned functions as necessary • Work directly with the Company President and Principals to execute annual and quarterly company priorities
• Serve as a leader responsible for overseeing audit remediation initiatives, key financial reporting functions, or advanced data analytics projects, based on organizational priorities • Lead execution of the day-to-day accounting research and analysis activities of the engagement • Demonstrate awareness and knowledge of Federal Government’s financial and management responsibilities • Draft and preparing project deliverables • Prepare and reviewing financial statements and footnotes • Perform reconciliations and other financial analyses • Perform risk assessments in accordance with OMB Circular A-123 and the FIAR Guidance • Identify the conditions and issues from maintaining generating financial statements in accordance with GAAP • Proposing new or revised accounting policies and procedures as well as implementation strategies to address audit findings • Directs the analysis of audit findings, validates corrective action plans, identifies root cause issues, and ensures full implementation and documentation of remediation steps • Coordinates with stakeholders and provides strategic guidance to strengthen compliance and internal controls. • Oversee the development of sections of the Agency Financial Report (AFR), ensures adherence to federal financial reporting requirements, and guarantees the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial statements and disclosures • Lead the design and execution of data driven solutions to improve financial management performance • Develop dashboards, predictive models, and trend analyses to support decision making, identify risks, and optimize resource allocation • Ensure data integrity, interprets complex datasets, and translates insights into actionable recommendations for leadership • Manage progress reporting, set priorities, and mentor staff to enhance organizational performance, improve financial management practices, and maintain strong governance standards.
• Collaborate with Government PoCs to perform audit response, audit remediation, internal controls, financial processes, and/or accounting in accordance with GAAP • Execute day-to-day research, analysis, and communication at the direct of team leads and managers • Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills as significant time is spent drafting/updating communication artifacts • Understand the end-to-end business processes of the Department of the Air Force and applying relevant GAAP • Demonstrate awareness and knowledge of Federal Government’s financial and management responsibilities • Draft and preparing project deliverables • Prepare and reviewing financial statements and footnotes • Perform reconciliations and other financial analyses • Perform risk assessments in accordance with OMB Circular A-123 and the FIAR Guidance • Identify the conditions and issues from maintaining generating financial statements in accordance with GAAP • Proposing new or revised accounting policies and procedures as well as implementation strategies to address audit findings • Analyze audit findings, validate corrective-action plans, identify root-cause issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all remediation steps are fully implemented and properly documented • Develop sections of the Agency Financial Report (AFR), support other federal financial‑reporting requirements, and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial statements and disclosures • Lead the design and execution of data driven solutions to improve financial management performance • Develop dashboards, predictive models, and trend analyses to support decision making, identify risks, and optimize resource allocation • Ensure data integrity, interprets complex datasets, and translates insights into actionable recommendations for leadership
