This role is critical to establishing a new level of technical capability in areas where service performance has historically presented challenges, including artificial intelligence. - Accountable for ensuring that health checks are performed daily on all systems of strategic importance. - Oversees the enterprise change control process, which encompasses thousands of changes each week. - Advises the CIO, COO, and senior vice presidents on strategies to optimize technology platforms and services. - Drives automation across the technology organization, delivering significant labor efficiencies through the automation of servers and other core technologies. - Responsible for reporting on and continuously improving service levels across the enterprise. - Leads highly technical engineers operating under the Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) model. - Balances deep technical expertise with strong business acumen. - Manages and leads responses to major incidents that may impact the organization.
