• Management of the Funding Stack You will design and guide Achieve's funding stack as a highly diversified asset portfolio. • Drive the AI-Enabled Capital Allocation Engine Partner with our technology team to transform legacy funding processes to a dynamic, automated Capital Allocation Engine. • Build Improved Data & Analytics Foundation Position Achieve as the most transparent, frictionless, and data-forward platform for institutional investors in the consumer finance industry. • Drive Cross-Functional Engagement Model Improve organizational collaboration between the Capital Markets team and the rest of Achieve. • Formulate and Expand Product Capabilities Lead the strategic formulation and capital design of Achieve’s expanding product suite, driving growth into new asset classes.

Job Requirements

  • 12+ Years of Senior Experience: Deep tenure within consumer structured finance, investment banking, asset management, or fintech capital markets platforms, including 3-5+ years leading the Capital Markets function.
  • Proven Track Record: Tangible history of managing programmatic ABS platforms, negotiating committed forward-flow and warehouse facilities, and managing through complex liquidity environments.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a highly quantitative discipline. An MBA, CFA, or advanced degree in quantitative finance is highly preferred.
