The EVP provides strategic oversight across all international Support functions: - Finance - Human Resources - Legal - Marketing & Communications - Technology - FCA Gear The EVP serves as the key bridge between internal FCA departments and the four Global Divisional Offices, reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and working closely with the Chief Field Officer. Develop a ministry marketing plan. - Global Operations Coordination - Manage the cross-border movement of belongings, freight, and resources, including customs clearance and compliance with export and import regulations. - Develop systems that promote operational efficiency and risk mitigation in global logistics. - Technology - Developing and implementing scalable technology strategies that support the organization's international operations. -
