VP, Clinical Services

• Lead and scale clinical operations across physicians, APPs, dietitians, and clinical support teams, ensuring outstanding, evidence‑based care and a superlative patient experience. • Own clinical operating performance: SLAs, capacity, utilization, multi‑state workforce planning, and operational efficiency, in close partnership with Practice Operations and Finance. • Set clinical operations strategy and drive practice transformation (e.g., physician‑APP models, new service lines, workflow redesign) in collaboration with the COO, CMO, and Executive Leadership Team. • Provide strategic guidance to Product, Engineering, and Operations on tools and features that impact clinicians and patients, aligning the product roadmap with evolving care models.careers. • Lead, coach, and develop clinical leaders and managers, building scalable leadership infrastructure and promoting clinician wellness in partnership with the Director of Wellness. • Represent Form Health’s clinical organization externally (select conferences, client meetings, etc.) and support Sales and Marketing with clinical narratives and outcomes when needed. • While this role will be primarily focused on leadership duties, we would expect this person to maintain a very small longitudinal patient panel.

Job Requirements

  • MD/DO, board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology (or relevant subspecialty), with licensure in good standing.
  • ABOM certification OR strong commitment and eligibility to become ABOM‑certified after joining.
  • 5+ years of clinical practice experience, with strong familiarity with obesity medicine and chronic metabolic disease treatment preferred.
  • 3+ years of clinical leadership experience in a scaled, multi‑state telehealth or large virtual/hybrid practice, with significant exposure to operating at “presence of scale” (large provider teams, multi‑state operations).
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in a highly cross‑functional environment, driving operational performance and clinical quality alongside Operations, Product, Engineering, and Commercial stakeholders.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills, a track record of developing clinical leaders, physicians, APPs, Dietitians, RNs, and a deep commitment to team culture, clinician wellness, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Helping create continuity among departments around international processes. - Support international banking setup, reporting, and audits. - Ensure that funds transferred to an international entity comply with IRS regulations and laws. - Monthly and Annual Financial statements for each entity. - Gear & Events - Maintaining and deploying a resource repository sharing best practices, gear artwork, and supply chain logistics tools that could serve internationally. -
