Role Description Garantizar la correcta administración de los procesos de Reclutamiento y Selección mediante la gestión de altas, validación documental, control de información y atención al cliente interno, asegurando la calidad y oportunidad de los servicios del área. Responsibilities - Gestionar altas de candidatos en sistemas internos. - Validar información y documentación de ingreso. - Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos del área. - Brindar atención y seguimiento a clientes internos. - Elaborar reportes e indicadores de reclutamiento. - Administrar expedientes físicos y digitales. - Dar seguimiento al proceso administrativo de contratación. - Apoyar en mejoras y optimización de procesos. Qualifications - Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Psicología, Recursos Humanos o afín. - Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en procesos administrativos de Recursos Humanos o Reclutamiento. - Manejo de Excel intermedio-avanzado. - Experiencia en control y validación documental. - Conocimiento en administración de bases de datos. - Experiencia en atención y servicio al cliente interno. - Habilidad de organización y seguimiento. - Atención al detalle y manejo de información confidencial. - Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas. - Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo. Role Description As a Systems Analyst, you will be a crucial member of our support team, providing high-quality technical assistance to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of desktop support and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues. You will be responsible for handling escalations from our first-level technicians and ensuring a timely resolution of more complex problems. Strong expertise in Windows and MacOS, as well as experience with cloud services such as Office 365, is essential. - Managing escalated support tickets, tackling everything from break/fix challenges to application setup and user-level configurations. - Enhancing core infrastructure through server administration, networking, and security efforts. - Setting up new Hyper‑V hosts, troubleshooting and deploying SonicWall firewalls, and managing Datto networking switches and access points. - Utilizing our ticketing system to document, monitor, and escalate issues as needed. - Maintaining clear and accurate documentation within our internal platform to ensure information remains current throughout the support process. - Collaborating with a talented technical group to provide outstanding remote support and service to our clients. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
