• Escriturar notas fiscais de serviços, notas de débito/crédito, Cte´s, entre outras no SAP (MIGO/MIRO). • Faturar/emitir de notas fiscais de venda de ativo imobilizado, operações de remessa/transferência. • Avaliar e atender as requisições dos clientes internos e externos referentes a assuntos de recebimento fiscal. • Atuar no processo de fechamento contábil mensal e anual. • Promover a qualidade da informação, seus prazos, procedimentos e políticas estabelecidas pela firma. • Atuar na aplicação das legislações fiscais em todos os níveis. • Atender e suportar os trabalhos das auditorias externas, consultorias e clientes internos. • Organizar e manter a documentação fiscal, como notas fiscais, recibos, em conformidade com as exigências legais e das políticas fiscais da empresa.

• Monitor accounts, evaluations, and payout requests for fraud typologies specific to funded trading • Investigate flagged accounts end-to-end • Analyze transaction and trading patterns to proactively surface new or emerging fraud trends • Tune and calibrate fraud detection rules and thresholds • Partner with Risk, Payments, Customer Support, and Engineering to close gaps that enable repeat fraud • Prepare clear, well-documented case files and escalate complex or high-dollar cases • Run post-incident reviews and maintain fraud typology and audit trail documentation • Communicate calmly and professionally with traders during disputes, account reviews, and payout holds

• Serve as a primary support resource for Point-to-Point integrations and interoperability solutions. • Monitor, triage, investigate, and coordinate resolution of customer-reported issues and integration alerts. • Utilize Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, and other support tools to document, track, and manage support requests and enhancement opportunities. • Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across Product, Engineering, Operations, vendors, and customer technical teams. • Participate in shared support rotations across the EHR Integration & Optimization team. • Manage and coordinate integration lifecycle activities for Point-to-Point interoperability solutions. • Support onboarding and implementation activities for new interoperability partners and solutions. • Facilitate workflow discovery, requirements gathering, integration planning, and stakeholder discussions. • Develop, maintain, and execute documented testing scenarios, test scripts, and validation procedures for supported integrations. • Coordinate testing activities and support release validation, regression testing, and implementation readiness efforts. • Create and maintain integration documentation, workflow diagrams, testing artifacts, support runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and implementation records. • Document interface mappings, workflow decisions, message translations, dependencies, and operational considerations. • Work closely with Engineering, consultants, and interoperability platform resources supporting Redox, Corepoint, HL7 interfaces, APIs, and related technologies. • Demonstrate ownership by proactively coordinating stakeholders, driving discussions, documenting decisions, tracking action items, and ensuring issues progress to resolution. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support, testing, documentation, and implementation processes across the interoperability portfolio.

Role Description As a Systems Analyst, you will be a crucial member of our support team, providing high-quality technical assistance to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of desktop support and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues. You will be responsible for handling escalations from our first-level technicians and ensuring a timely resolution of more complex problems. Strong expertise in Windows and MacOS, as well as experience with cloud services such as Office 365, is essential. - Managing escalated support tickets, tackling everything from break/fix challenges to application setup and user-level configurations. - Enhancing core infrastructure through server administration, networking, and security efforts. - Setting up new Hyper‑V hosts, troubleshooting and deploying SonicWall firewalls, and managing Datto networking switches and access points. - Utilizing our ticketing system to document, monitor, and escalate issues as needed. - Maintaining clear and accurate documentation within our internal platform to ensure information remains current throughout the support process. - Collaborating with a talented technical group to provide outstanding remote support and service to our clients. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
