• Monitor accounts, evaluations, and payout requests for fraud typologies specific to funded trading • Investigate flagged accounts end-to-end • Analyze transaction and trading patterns to proactively surface new or emerging fraud trends • Tune and calibrate fraud detection rules and thresholds • Partner with Risk, Payments, Customer Support, and Engineering to close gaps that enable repeat fraud • Prepare clear, well-documented case files and escalate complex or high-dollar cases • Run post-incident reviews and maintain fraud typology and audit trail documentation • Communicate calmly and professionally with traders during disputes, account reviews, and payout holds
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, criminal justice, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Previous experience at a proprietary trading firm, funded trading platform, or futures/derivatives brokerage
- 1–3+ years of experience in fraud, risk, or trust & safety analysis, ideally within fintech, trading, or payments
- Strong pattern recognition skills and comfort digging through large volumes of trade, account, and transaction data
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL or similar tools for querying and analyzing data
- Clear written communication and meticulous case documentation habits
- Sound judgment and composure when handling sensitive disputes and high-stakes decisions.
