SAP Transportation Management (TM) Analyst

Role Description The SAP TM (Transportation Management) Analyst will support, configure, and optimize end-to-end Transportation planning processes within our industry domain of e-commerce digital operation, focusing on: - Transportation planning - Carrier selection - Freight cost management - Settlement The SAP Analyst will translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage system enhancements, and ensure data integrity within SAP TM and integration with SAP S/4HANA MM, OTC, WM, and FI modules. Qualifications - Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes - Deep knowledge of SAP TM functionality and configuration - Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM - Analytical, problem-solving, and strong communication skills - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders - SAP TMS certification is often preferred - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task Requirements - Generally requires a minimum 7+ years experience - Experience with data migration, reporting, and industry standards is a plus Benefits - The expected salary range for this role is $116,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD - The actual base pay offered will be determined by factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, education, geographic location, and internal equity Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: - Regularly required to talk and hear - Frequently required to sit, walk, climb stairs, use hands and fingers, bend, stoop, and reach with hands and arms - Occasionally lift or move office products and supplies up to 25 pounds - Proper lifting techniques required - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Work Environment - Noise in the work environment is usually moderate - Hectic, fast-paced with multi-level distractions - Professional, yet casual work environment - Office / Warehouse environment - Ability to work extended hours as required
