• Lead the day-to-day administration of health, welfare, and retirement plans. • Manage equity compensation programs, specifically focusing on UARs and RSUs. • Perform rigorous monthly invoice reconciliations; identify root causes of discrepancies and implement long-term fixes. • Collaborate closely with the Payroll team to ensure seamless benefit deductions, retroactive adjustments, and data integrity. • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor enrollment accuracy, billing variances, and equity activity to drive data-driven decision-making. • Ensure 100% compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA. Support annual filings, audits, and vendor performance evaluations. • Proactively identify opportunities to automate or streamline workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or analysis.
- Direct, hands-on experience supporting equity compensation plans (UARs, RSUs, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (you should be comfortable with XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas).
- Experience navigating HRIS and benefits enrollment platforms.
- Deep understanding of benefits compliance and federal/state regulations.
- Ability to translate complex benefit or equity data into clear, actionable communication for cross-functional partners.
