• Assisting attorneys in all phases of litigation and case management. • Creating case reports, summaries, and legal documents tailored to specific case documentation. • Preparing professional correspondence and basic legal motions. • Scheduling prehearing conferences, hearings, and settlement conferences. • Coordinating and scheduling independent medical examinations and appointments. • Organizing file materials and indexing voluminous medical records chronologically. • Managing the firm's docketing and calendaring systems to track critical litigation deadlines and events. • Communicating proactively with supervising attorneys regarding task statuses and case updates.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in workers' compensation defense is highly preferred.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (specifically Word) and Adobe Acrobat is required.
  • Experience with case management billing tools like Centerbase and NetDocs is beneficial but not required.
  • A Bachelor's degree or a Paralegal Certificate is preferred.

Role Description We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Probate Paralegal to support a growing U.S. law firm on a long-term, remote basis. Working directly with the Lead Paralegal, you will ensure cases move efficiently from intake through completion.
