Role Description Support AT&T CPS's Human Expert Assisted Data Acquisition Program as a Networking and Compliance subject-matter expert. The work pairs deep enterprise-networking troubleshooting with the creation of realistic problem scenarios and annotated examples used to build and evaluate ML/GenAI models and agents. 10+ years of experience required; fully remote. Qualifications - Expert-level enterprise networking — deep Cisco routing and switching across large-scale campus, enterprise, and datacenter networks. - Extensive troubleshooting — diagnosing complex networking, security, and compliance issues, including root cause analysis across multi-domain, multi-vendor environments. - CLI diagnostics — expert Cisco CLI, including show commands and other diagnostics for problem investigation. - Network monitoring & analytics platforms — Cisco Catalyst, SD-WAN, Nexus, Intersight, Firewall, Cloud Control for monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration, compliance, and performance analysis. - Technical documentation — detailed methods of action, recommendations, and impact statements for network problems and proposed solutions. - Automation & scripting — Python and automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform) for interacting with APIs and automating network tasks. - Software defect analysis — identifying software-related network issues and evaluating the impact of software bugs and vulnerabilities. - Training/evaluation data creation — designing, curating, and annotating realistic problem scenarios and training examples for ML and GenAI model and agent development.
