Analista de Finance Transformation – Sênior
ASAAS
• Act as the focal point and translator between Finance, Technology and Data teams, ensuring business rules are translated into scalable system architectures; • Map, analyze and redesign complex accounting and financial flows (e.g., new financial products and M&A integrations), identifying bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities; • Design and implement end-to-end financial process automations using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., N8N, Zapier) or scripting languages (Python); • Extract, model and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL; • Manage the project backlog and systemic demands of the finance area using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and management tools (Jira/Monday); • Lead user acceptance testing and implementation of new tools, mitigating risks of failures in financial processes.
Job Requirements
- Experience in complex/strategic projects, roadmap definition and management of multiple stakeholders
- Solid experience in finance areas (FP&A, Controllership or Financial Operations), with deep understanding of accounting routines and processes;
- Practical command of SQL for queries and cross-referencing complex databases;
- Proven experience in creating automations and system integrations (via tools like N8N/Zapier/RPA or direct API consumption);
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and technical backlog management;
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Metabase or similar);
- Hands-on profile with the ability to move from process strategy to technical execution of financial processes;
- Previous experience in financial institutions, fintechs or high-transaction-volume banks.

• Own the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with functional leaders. • Manage bottoms-up planning across departments (engineering, BD, operations, and G&A) and provide managers with frequent feedback. • Translate strategic goals into financial targets and operating plans. • Develop and maintain dynamic, driver-based models in Excel/Sheets and Causal. • Support scenario modeling, capital planning, and long-range financial strategy. • Build dashboards and monthly reporting packages for leadership and investors. • Analyze budget vs. actuals, key trends, and financial risks/opportunities. • Advise and support day to day processes in sales, revenue, and HR operations to ensure consistent financial data throughout the business. • Help ensure compliance with basic government finance requirements (FAR/DCAA expectations).
