Job Requirements
- 5-7 years retail management experience
- Four-year degree, preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate others.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose and address complex business problems
- Create business plans and contingency plans.
- Proficiency in computer use and standard office applications.
