• Lead and manage the AMER and WW EDS Order Management teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders • Regularly communicate with the teams to provide updates, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement • Collaborate with IT support to resolve system issues and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) • Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage and resolve operational challenges • Ensure standardization of order management processes across regions and coordinate with global teams for consistency • Document and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors • Support teams in achieving performance goals and KPIs • Make strategic decisions and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis using various tools
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field
- Effective communication with strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams
- Experienced in team leadership, collaboration, and providing training and guidance
- Skilled in problem solving, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Fluent in English
