• Own lower funnel Amazon Advertising strategy across Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC, and ABVP • Develop and lead annual and multi-year retail media strategies aligned to brand and commercial goals • Manage and optimize an eight-figure budget to balance growth, efficiency, and margin • Lead agency partners on planning, execution, creative, and performance management • Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Sales to ensure aligned and integrated activation plans • Drive compelling digital storytelling and customer journeys that increase conversion and brand presence • Leverage AMC for audience development, attribution, and path-to-purchase insights • Utilize ABVP and advanced tools to drive visibility, engagement, and incremental sales • Apply performance analytics and marketing mix modeling to optimize investment decisions • Translate upper-funnel strategies into high-performing lower-funnel retail media plans • Identify test-and-learn opportunities and build long-term Amazon media capabilities • Align media strategy with assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory priorities • Deliver clear performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership • Monitor KPIs including ROAS, ACOS, conversion, traffic, and incremental sales • Manage agency relationships and hold partners accountable to KPIs and timelines • Oversee external vendors supporting execution, data, and analytics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years in Amazon Advertising
- Proven success managing large-scale (eight-figure) media budgets
- Deep expertise in Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC, and ABVP
- Strong experience in attribution, analytics, and marketing mix modeling
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage agencies
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and executive presentation skills
