• Act as the focal point and translator between Finance, Technology and Data teams, ensuring business rules are translated into scalable system architectures; • Map, analyze and redesign complex accounting and financial flows (e.g., new financial products and M&A integrations), identifying bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities; • Design and implement end-to-end financial process automations using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., N8N, Zapier) or scripting languages (Python); • Extract, model and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL; • Manage the project backlog and systemic demands of the finance area using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and management tools (Jira/Monday); • Lead user acceptance testing and implementation of new tools, mitigating risks of failures in financial processes.

• Liaise with the Board of Directors, potential investors, law firms, banks, insurance companies, research analysts, investor relations and other professionals on behalf of finance leadership • Assist in the recruitment and vetting of top quality candidates for the financial sector • Ensure key finance deliverables are monitored and timely • Create and manage OKRs for the finance department • Coordinate with tax and treasury departments to ensure the timely and accurate completion of banking documentation • Procure any items for the finance department • Assist with the Quarterly earnings call logistics • Help manage the email inbox and route correspondence for the CFO • Take minutes for the CFO when needed • Create powerpoint presentations as needed for management • Coordinate team building activities

• Provide expert support for financial processes in SAP FI/CO • Analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring business continuity • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions • Support configuration, testing, and deployment of financial system changes • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements • Support integration topics across controlling, logistics, and sales • Participate in financial system upgrade and enhancement projects • Prepare documentation and conduct user training sessions • Identify opportunities for process optimization

• Configure calculation functions, allocation rules, and formulas within SAP PaPM. • Create end-to-end profitability, cost allocation, and transfer pricing models. • Update and optimize drivers, cost pools, and allocation keys based on business changes. • Validate that PaPM outputs reconcile perfectly with the general ledger and financial statements. • Execute "what-if" scenarios, forecasting models, and margin analyses for business units. • Analyze multi-dimensional profitability data (by product, customer, channel, and region) to find cost-saving opportunities. • Assist in configuring sustainability and carbon footprint modeling within the platform as required. • Partner with SAP HANA Data Engineers to source, map, and clean data from SAP ERP (S/4HANA/ECC) and non-SAP systems. • Collaborate with BI teams to create executive dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Fiori. • Document data lineage, model logic, and system configurations for audit and compliance purposes.
