Director, Global HR Services

Hyatt

• Designing, piloting, and evolving HR service models using a phased, proof-driven approach including pilots to test, refine, and validate service offerings to determine potential for expansion • Developing initial pilot for above property support, including onboarding a team and establishing a foundational performance infrastructure • Validating opportunities for additional pilots • Actively supporting HR Evolution including evolution of the HR operating model • Leading other global initiatives, such as Great Place to Work

Job Requirements

  • Experience and proven track record of leading multi-country or enterprise initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience building or standing up new functions, programs, or service models
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-site or multi-unit environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly in environments without direct authority
  • Experience developing business cases and demonstrating ROI for new initiatives
  • Ability to establish metrics, SLAs, and performance tracking frameworks
  • Strong project and program management capabilities
  • Experience in hospitality or similarly structured, owner-operated environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Familiarity with HR systems, Oracle preferred
  • Familiarity with AI and HR-specific AI tools
