• As part of the Global Integration Team, you will work with a variety of members including implementation teams and the integration team to provide delivery and support of integration requirements for the RainFocus Products. • Ability to communicate clearly to peers and clients • Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time and budget • Ability to assess, design, and develop integration meeting customer requirements • Ability to assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping • Must be comfortable working within a cloud-based environment • Lead internal and external meetings with customers and vendors • Manage integration timelines including but not limited to notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resources • Lead requirements sessions to discover integration needs, architect integrations and complete the integration build. • Provide direct technical client support • Creation of design documents, test cases & unit testing • Document integration elements prior to transitioning the integration to support • Available for After Hours Support, when needed

• Customize and maintain the RainFocus Salesforce platform through declarative configuration (Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and custom fields). • Provide day-to-day end-user support, troubleshooting, and user management (roles, profiles, and permission sets). • Manage tasks and help tickets in a fast-paced environment, driving issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. • Work closely with stakeholders and business analysts to document, implement, and optimize system requirements. • Assist with environment maintenance, data hygiene, and basic release management (handling sandboxes and change sets). • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides. • Work iteratively within a small, collaborative Agile team.

Event Delivery Consultant Location: This remote role can be located anywhere in the United States of America Client Success – Event Delivery Full Time /As a team member of the RainFocus Client Success organization, the Event Delivery Consultant (“DC”) is critical to successful preparation, delivery and execution of live events. As a member of the Event Delivery team, the DC is responsible for consulting on best practices for live events, driving requirements, coordinating across teams, designing onsite solutions and educating clients on how the RainFocus platform and hardware support event delivery. Candidates must be collaborative, energetic team members who are capable of becoming experts in RainFocus products, industry best practices, and work well within small, focused teams. DCs are thought leaders within the Client Success organization and go beyond by assuming additional responsibilities to mentor, train and build the consulting skill set of peers.
