Senior Sales Manager – HealthSpring Supplement Business
Health Care Service Corporation
• Managing a team of sales personnel handling new Supplement Benefit sales through HealthSpring’s National FMO Broker Partners • Implementing new sales goals on a quarterly basis • Ensuring the achievement of new sales goals each quarter • Ensuring positive and productive working relationships with our Topline National FMO Partners, their downline agents and agencies, our Local & Regional sales leaders, as well as various matrix partners across the company
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years managed care sales, account management or servicing experience OR 10 years managed care sales, account management, or servicing experience
- Current, valid State Insurance License or obtain completely processed license within 90 days
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% Nationally
- Knowledge experience with sales systems, such as Salesforce.com (preferred)
- 2 years leadership/supervisory/management experience (preferred)
