• You coordinate and manage IT projects as well as operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution — from planning and implementation to successful completion • You organize collaboration within the IT team, coordinate resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard • You serve as the central point of contact for internal departments, clients and external partners, ensuring transparent and solution-oriented communication • You identify requirements early, prioritize tasks together with stakeholders, and develop sustainable solutions for technical and organizational challenges • You support the team in handling complex IT topics, coordinate escalations and ensure an efficient flow of information • You identify optimization opportunities in IT processes, system landscapes and workflows and implement improvements together with the team • You document projects, processes and technical solutions in a structured manner and maintain a comprehensible knowledge base • You continuously develop our project and team processes and promote efficient collaboration as well as high service quality • You take responsibility for planning, tracking and closing tasks, keep an eye on schedules, budgets and priorities, and support the strategic development of the IT area • You work independently, contribute new ideas and actively help shape the further development of our IT services and team structures
Job Requirements
- You have solid experience coordinating and managing IT projects and can keep track of multiple parallel tasks
- You combine organizational skill with technical understanding and can successfully coordinate requirements between clients, business departments and IT teams
- You have practical experience administering Windows client and server environments as well as cloud solutions, and you understand technical interdependencies to provide competent project support
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented and self-reliant manner and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
- You proactively address challenges, recognize optimization potential and drive improvements with commitment
- You demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, a strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of customer and service orientation
- You want not only to deliver projects successfully but also to actively contribute to the further development of our processes, services and the strategic direction of INVENTRY
- You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), hold a degree in an IT-related field, or have an equivalent qualification

Description The Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to defined success criteria.
