• You coordinate and manage IT projects as well as operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution — from planning and implementation to successful completion • You organize collaboration within the IT team, coordinate resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard • You serve as the central point of contact for internal departments, clients and external partners, ensuring transparent and solution-oriented communication • You identify requirements early, prioritize tasks together with stakeholders, and develop sustainable solutions for technical and organizational challenges • You support the team in handling complex IT topics, coordinate escalations and ensure an efficient flow of information • You identify optimization opportunities in IT processes, system landscapes and workflows and implement improvements together with the team • You document projects, processes and technical solutions in a structured manner and maintain a comprehensible knowledge base • You continuously develop our project and team processes and promote efficient collaboration as well as high service quality • You take responsibility for planning, tracking and closing tasks, keep an eye on schedules, budgets and priorities, and support the strategic development of the IT area • You work independently, contribute new ideas and actively help shape the further development of our IT services and team structures

• You categorize, prioritize and process incoming service requests efficiently and with a solutions-oriented approach • You analyze existing IT infrastructures and customer environments to identify optimization potential • You provide remote support to our customers and, when required (with prior notice), perform occasional on-site visits • You handle incidents, change requests and general inquiries — always maintaining high quality standards • You create clear, practical documentation and guides for colleagues and customers • You lead and support IT projects — from planning and implementation through to successful handover — both internally and at our international client sites • You ensure structured project communication, coordinate involved teams and ensure timely delivery • You grow with us — taking on new challenges, developing professionally, and engaging in active team collaboration • You use your creative freedom to contribute ideas and further develop our services and project processes • You work independently and in a structured way, taking ownership of your tasks and projects
